  • Fill in your correct details on the blank fields and select the transaction with the dispense error to notify the bank.

2. Resolve Failed Transactions via Internet Banking platform

3. Resolve failed transaction on GTBank via GTWorld App

With the GTWorld app, you can easily resolve any failed transaction that resulted in a debit. 

All you need to do is logon to the GTWorld mobile application with your login details, select cards, followed by dispense error and complete the fields witht the correct information about the transaction.

4. How to resolve failed GTBank transactions via Email

You can also notify the bank about a failed transaction and get your money returned to your account by sending an email to GTBank card services. 

In order to use this method, follow the steps below;

  • In the email make sure you include the account number and the last 6 digits of your card that was used in the transaction.
