As a result of Microsoft's "multibillion-dollar" investment, OpenAI's technology will be used more widely and will have stronger back-end support. Microsoft has released features powered by OpenAI, including a DALL-E 2 visual design tool and natural language processing.

Microsoft's infrastructure is used by OpenAI to train some of its most well-known systems, such as DALL-E 2 and the well-liked ChatGPT bot. Azure is about to get ChatGPT. But don't count on anyone seeing ChatGPT in Bing just yet. The growth could give Microsoft a competitive edge. 


According to reports, ChatGPT poses a danger to Google's search operations. The adaptable AI chatbot is becoming more and more popular. Around December 2022, there were over a million users of the current edition. That has undoubtedly expanded as well, and Microsoft would enjoy a share of that.

It is also noteworthy that there have been concerns about ChatGPT that students might impede their own learning by submitting writings they didn't create and cheating on tests. This has led to the Open AI's ChatGPT being banned in NYC public schools
