MTN just toughened the current data competition in Nigeria telecoms sector with its newly launched 7GB data offer for 2000 Naira that is valid for 30 days. This offer is 1GB more than that of Glo's 2000 Naira plan which offers 6GB.
According to some sources online, this MTN 7GB data offer was officially launched during the Africa's biggest Tech Event that was held at the Eko Hotels and Suites. It was reported that pamphlets containing first hand information on the 7GB data offer was shared to the attendees towards the end of the event. See the Subscription code below

To subscribe to this data plan, i strongly suggest you first of all test if your SIM is profiled for this plan or not by sending 2016 to 131 before loading the 2000 Naira airtime,
If you get a message saying, "You do not have sufficient credit to make this transaction" that means you can proceed with loading the 2,000 Naira credit.
After loading 2,000 naira airtime, repeat the sms above, that is send 2016 to 131 to finally make the subscription for the MTN 7GB data plan.
